Lifted Truck Installer / 4x4 Lift Kit Installer

Reports To: Service Manager

Schedule: Full-Time Position

M-F (Hours Vary)

Summary: The Lift Truck Installer is responsible for the proper and safe installation of suspension lift kits and leveling kits, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to manufacturer and company guidelines, accurate documentation and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable and willing to continue learning through ongoing training while presenting a professional appearance and supporting the service team as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Install suspension lift kits, level kits and related components
  • Remove and replace factory suspension systems
  • Install aftermarket parts such as wheels, tires, spacers and brake line extensions
  • Maintains a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive installation
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for company's record
  • Cleans and maintains the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Remains compliant with Company and manufacturer required training
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Willingness to participate in in-house training
  • Ability to operate all auto repair tools
  • Capable of doing extensive and repeated walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching and squatting and be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs. and other similar physical activities 
Salary Description
$22/HR - $28/HR Depending on experience
