Partners 4 Pets Grand Opening at the Warren Billhartz Shelter

Partners 4 Pets is proud to be partnering with the City of Collinsville coordinate rescued animal adoptions! Our new hours are 7 days a week - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Come out and join us at our Grand Opening! We'll have food, music, 15+ vendors, and of course you can meet our adoptable dogs and cats!
