Celebration Freedom
Hospice of Southern Illinois invites your to join them in honoring our Veteans at Celebration Freedom on Nov. 11, 2009. The event includes an Honors Ceremony, Health Fair (Screenings and Health Resources available) from 9 am to 2 pm, Free breakfast and lunch will be served.
