Oates Associates IT Director Randy Roth to Retire Collinsville, IL– Oates Associates is bidding farewell to and celebrating the remarkable tenure of IT Director Randy Roth, who will retire at the end of 2024 following an exceptional 37-year career with the company. Randy joined Oates Associates in 1987 as a CADD technician, and over the years, his role evolved with his strengths. He transitioned into the IT world due to his experience managing software and his drive to support people and systems.
