Oates Associates Welcomes Back Adam Hark and Introduces New Intern Bryce McCarthy

Collinsville, IL (September 30, 2025) – Oates Associates is pleased to welcome back Adam Hark and to introduce Bryce McCarthy as a new intern.

Adam rejoins Oates Associates as an Associate Project Designer, bringing three years of experience in DOT work and projects with local agencies. His previous time with the firm, combined with additional experience gained externally, provides a strong foundation for contributing to ongoing projects and further supporting our transportation team.

Bryce is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is expected to graduate in May 2026. Through the firm’s intern program, he will work alongside engineers to gain hands-on experience in structural engineering.
