International Horseradish Festival Returns to Main Street in Collinsville June 5–6, 2026
Two Days of Food, Fun, Music, and Community Spirit
 
Collinsville, Illinois – The International Horseradish Festival is back and ready to spice up Main Street in Collinsville on Friday, June 5, 2026, and Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. This beloved annual tradition is presented by the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce (IL) and Community Volunteer Committee and serves as a community fundraiser supporting local businesses, nonprofit organizations and school/sport organizations.
 
Known as the Horseradish Capital of the World, Collinsville proudly celebrates its agricultural heritage with this two-day festival packed with flavor, entertainment, and family-friendly fun. The International Horseradish Festival draws thousands of visitors each year to experience the unique charm of Uptown Collinsville while enjoying a wide variety of attractions.
 
Festival-goers can look forward to:
