2+ years of insurance agency experience 
Must hold a current producer's license
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient computer knowledge
Sales and goal oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to solicit and sell policies from multiple carriers in an accurate and efficient manner
