Recipe Contest

Once your recipe is perfected, you need take a picture of it and email it along with recipe to marketing@discovercolinsville.com, private message (PM) it to the Collinsville Chamber Facebook page, or mail it to the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, 221 West Main, Collinsville, IL  62234. All recipes must be received by September 30, 2020 to be eligible for the contest. We will then have a sponsor and a local chef pick the top 5 recipes and they will be printed in the 2021 Italian Fest Program.
