Get ready for the holiday season with a delightful craft activity! Prepare for the Collinsville Light Up Parade by creating your very own **Holiday Light Up Hoop Tree** to wear during the parade. All participants in the Holiday Hootenanny will have the chance to walk the parade route, making it a memorable experience. Base supplies will be provided. Additional accessories, decorations, and embellishments are encouraged to personalize your hoop tree.
