Cooking Classes at the Collinsville Library
Cooks of all skill levels are invited to serve up some tasty treats at the Collinsville Memorial Library Center!
The library hosts ongoing cooking classes that any cook, regardless of experience, will enjoy. The classes can be enjoyed as a series or as standalones. All classes are Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Upcoming classes include:
- April 23- Breakfast and Brunch
- May 28- Easy and Quick Party Appetizers
- June 25- Summer Fruits and Vegetables
Registration is required. Please sign up by calling the library at 618-344-1112 or visiting the main desk. There is a $5.00 per person per class supplies fee, payable to the instructor at the time of the class.
The Collinsville Memorial Library Center is located at 408 West Main Street and is a member of the Mississippi Valley Library District.
