Collinsville Chamber of Commerce Golf Play Day

Registration and lunch begin at 11 a. m. with the shotgun start is at noon on April 26. Fees include 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, free beer and soft drinks on the course,goody bags, and chance to win attendance prizes. An awards reception with beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be held at the end of the event.
All golfers must be paid in full by Monday, April 8 to be guaranteed a goody bag.
Teams play in flights according to score. Individual players will be placed combined with other teams to make a foursome
