About Our Speaker:
John Short formed Sheffield HR Advisors in January of 2026 with the goal of helping business leaders improve financial performance by leveraging their talent and organization strategy. Prior to opening his consulting practice, John gained broad and deep HR leadership expertise across a variety of business sectors including manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, and specialty retail. For 30-years, he has served as a trusted advisor to business leaders and has helped management teams drive growth at the local, regional, business unit, and enterprise levels. John holds advance degrees in Organization Development and Adult Learning.
