Elizabeth Reinberg, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has over 15 years of experience working in social services and non-profits, providing case management, education and therapy to individuals of all ages. Elizabeth has experience developing, implementing and evaluating evidence-based programs and services. Additionally, Elizabeth has over 12 years of experience providing educational presentations for community members, educators, mental health clinicians and social service providers. Elizabeth currently specializes in services to older adults, caregivers, and individuals living with dementia. She is the Education Manager and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Memory Care Home Solutions in St. Louis, MO. Her work at Memory Care Home Solutions centers on empowering caregivers and enhancing family-centered care through evidence-based strategies, psychoeducation, and empathetic support. Elizabeth leads the education service line focused on building a more capable network of professionals supporting families facing dementia and cognitive decline. Elizabeth’s approach reflects a deep commitment to preserving strengths in individuals living with dementia and fostering meaningful connections between caregivers and their loved ones.
