Care Consultation Day

The Alzheimer's Association is offering free one-hour consultations to discuss dementia and Alzheimer's - related issues.  Consultations are offered by a social worker to answer your questions and address concerns.  This can include things like Caregiver stress, diagnosis questions, resource and services, coping with behaviors and learning how to communicate with someone who has dementia.
