Financial Services Representative

Job Summary:  We are looking for a Financial Services Representative to join a growing team.  The Financial Service Representative will assist customers in setting up new accounts, explaining services, assisting with loan requests, and providing administrative support to process/close loans, respond to problems and direct customers to the appropriate people.

Location: Wood River IL
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15/hr-$18/hr, BOE

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cash handling and customer service experience
• High school degree or GED
• Excellent interpersonal skills
