DESCRIPTION:Head Uptown for Collinsville's FREE\, outdoor concert series at the historic Blum House. The four-week lineup of Wednesday evening concerts\, September 2-23\, will feature some of the Metro-East's most popular performers. Music begins at 7 p.m.\n\n            On September 16\, Jeni & Dave of That 80s Band will treat you to the sounds 80's pop/rock/new-wave tunes.  This group will take you as far back to the 80s as humanly possible with their covers of Madonna\, Rick Springfield\, Aha\, Tommy Tutone and so much more!  Audience members rave\, "They were awesome\, as usual!"\n\n    Tunes at Blum will be held outdoors on the lawn of the historic Blum House\, adjacent to the Collinsville Memorial Public Library.  Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.  Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic supper\, baskets or coolers.  Free parking is available at the Library.\n\n        Tunes at Blum is funded by TheBANK of Edwardsville.
