Hands-on activities include finger-weaving\, spear-throwing\, and pottery-making. Have your face painted with Mississippian-themed symbols\, learn about archaeology\, animal pelts\, and the animal bones that Native Americans used in their daily lives. TapSnap will be in the lobby with a complimentary photo booth for your free souvenir photo. This is a free event\, however there is a charge at the T-Shirt-making booth. This is a fun way to learn about the importance of cultural preservation and pre-Columbian lifeways. This event brought to you by the Cahokia Mounds Museum Society.
