If so\, you're in luck!\n\n\n\nOn Friday September 21 at 2pm stop by the library during the Italian Fest to participate in a free cake walk. Lucky contestants will leave with treats made or donated by library staff. The Fairmont City Library is located at 4444 Collinsville Road in Fairmont City. Both centers are operated by the Mississippi Valley Library District. The Mississippi Valley Library District has served the Collinsville area since 1915 and\n\nthe Fairmont City area since 2000. In addition to books\, movies\, and music\, the Library District provides free access to e-books\, e-magazines\, video games\, and streaming music and movies. The Library  District is a member of the Illinois Heartland Library System and the SHARE resource sharing consortium\, which connects over 400 libraries in southern and central Illinois.
